2. Cookie Duration for Affiliate Sales Tracking

2.1 Tracking Duration

  • Standard Cookie Duration: Our affiliate tracking system uses a cookie duration of 30 days. This means that any customer who clicks an affiliate link will be credited for a sale if the purchase is made within 30 days of the click.
  • Extended Duration Campaigns: For certain high-value or long-consideration products, we may offer extended cookie durations on a case-by-case basis.
  • Attribution Model:
    • Last-Click Attribution: The last affiliate link clicked before the sale will be credited for the conversion.

  • Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Affiliates must avoid sending unsolicited emails, posting spam on forums, or using any form of aggressive marketing tactics.

3.2 Compliance Monitoring and Penalties

  • Regular Audits: We reserve the right to periodically audit affiliate promotional activities.

4. Brand Usage Guidelines

  • Content Guidelines:
    • Accurate Representation: All references to our products and services must accurately reflect their features and benefits.
    • Approval Requirement: Any new promotional material that uses our brand assets must be submitted for approval prior to public distribution.
  • Co-Branding:
    • When creating co-branded content, affiliates must clearly distinguish our brand from their own. Clear and legible representation of our trademark is required.

4.2 Prohibited Modifications

  • Do Not Alter: Affiliates should not modify or distort logos, colors, or fonts.
